tsp salt

tbsp smoked paprika

bunch fresh parsley

tbsp olive oil

oz cream cheese

fl oz lemon juice

bunch fresh chives

Instructions
1: Finely dice 2-3 white onions, then add to a pan with butter, oil, and a pinch of salt. 2: Cook on a low heat for 30-45 minutes, deglazing the pan with a splash of water when it catches. 3: In a bowl, mix the caramelised onions with 200g cream cheese, 2tbsp mayo, 1 clove of minced garlic, a handful of finely chopped chives, fresh parsley, and pickles. 4: Season with salt, pepper, and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice. 5: Finish with a good drizzle of olive oil, more chives, and a pinch of smoked paprika. 6: Serve with your dipper of choice, and enjoy!View original recipe
