tbsp smoked paprika
tbsp dried oregano

red onion

tbsp tomato puree

slice sourdough bread

Instructions
1: Finely dice the onion and sauté with a pinch of salt in 1 tablespoon of olive oil until softened. 2: Mince the garlic and add it, frying until fragrant. 3: Add the harissa and tomato puree, then cook for a couple of minutes. 4: Add the oregano and paprika, then mix well. 5: Add the beans with their liquid, along with the miso paste, and season to taste with salt and pepper. 6: Simmer for 10 minutes. 7: Slice the bread into thick pieces, then heat some oil in a hot pan and grill on both sides until golden. 8: Rub garlic into the bread, then spoon over the harissa butter beans. 9: Top with fresh basil or chives, a crack of black pepper, and a swirl of extra virgin olive oil.View original recipe
