Instructions
1: For the frozen peach, simply place it in the freezer until rock solid. 2: Slice the peaches in half, then chop them into slices. 3: In a griddle pan, warm up 1 tablespoon of olive oil until hot, then griddle the peaches for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until charred. 4: Layer the griddled peaches on a plate. 5: Top with torn pieces of burrata, toasted pistachios, fresh basil, shaved frozen peach, olive oil, and balsamic - enjoy!View original recipe
