Instructions
1: Quarter the mushrooms and ensure they are dry. 2: Melt butter in a pan. 3: Sauté the mushrooms and season them. 4: Add crushed garlic, garlic granules, and oregano. 5: Finely chop the coriander and add to the pan. 6: Once the mushrooms start leaking a beautiful liquid, add a big dollop of cream cheese. 7: Mix in the cream cheese and simmer until creamy and slightly more solid. 8: Butter the toast and layer the creamy mushrooms on top. 9: Garnish with fresh coriander and a small spoon of cream cheese.View original recipe
