tbsp gochujang

oz sesame seed

Instructions
1: Snap the cauliflower into small florets. 2: Mix the flour with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the milk and mix until smooth. 3: Coat the cauliflower florets in the batter, allowing excess to drip off. 4: Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake the wings on a baking sheet for 10-15 minutes. Flip and bake for another 10-15 minutes. 5: To make the glaze, mix gochujang paste, soy sauce, agave syrup, lime juice, and garlic powder. Season to taste and loosen with water if needed. 6: After baking, brush the wings with the glaze and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until dark red and crisp. 7: For the dipping sauce, chop spring onions, mix with grated garlic and lime juice. 8: Serve the wings topped with spring onion and sesame seeds, with the dipping sauce on the side.View original recipe
