Instructions
1: Prepare the @eatplanted steak as per package instructions. 2: Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan and add the garlic cloves and rosemary, sauté until fragrant. 3: Add the brown onions and cook until caramelised. 4: In a separate bowl, mix together 4 tablespoons mayo and 1 teaspoon wholegrain mustard. 5: Combine the parsley, red chilli, garlic clove, extra virgin olive oil, and red wine vinegar to create the chimichurri. 6: Slice the large ciabatta loaf and spread the garlic mustard mayo on each side. 7: Assemble the sandwich by layering the caramelised onions, chimichurri, rocket, and sliced tomato. 8: Top with the prepared steak and serve.View original recipe
