Instructions
1: Mix leftover rice with gram flour, chopped onion, and seasoning. 2: Roll the mixture into balls. 3: Heat vegetable oil in a pan. 4: Fry the balls until crisp and golden. 5: For the yoghurt dressing, mix coriander, lime, and garlic into yogurt. 6: Serve pakoras with the yogurt dressing, Siracha, and garnish with extra coriander and spring onion. 7: Prepare sesame slaw by mixing white cabbage, grated carrot, spring onion, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, and sesame oil.View original recipe
