oz rice noodles

fl oz coconut milk

tsp salt

bunch fresh coriander

bunch spring onion

Instructions
1: Dice the shallot, mince the garlic and ginger, then fry in oil until fragrant (5 mins). 2: Add your curry paste, and cook out for 5 mins. 3: Pour in the coconut milk and simmer for 5 mins. 4: For extra flavour, mix the miso, peanut butter, tamarind, gochujang, and soy sauce, then add. 5: Prepare and add the vegetable broth, then season with the juice of a lime, 1 tbsp sugar and a crack of black pepper. Simmer for 10-15 minutes. 6: Cook the green vegetables in the broth or separately until tender, then do the same with the gyoza and cook for 2-3 minutes. 7: Prepare the rice noodles and garnishes. 8: Place the noodles in a bowl, cover in the broth, then top with the gyoza and greens. 9: Finish with the garnishes and enjoy!View original recipe
