sundried tomato halves

onion flakes

fresh oregano

fresh thyme

tsp cream cheese

tsp pesto

roasted nuts

balsamic glaze

olive oil

Instructions
1: Roll out the puff pastry sheet & cut into four large squares. 2: On a baking sheet, brush 4 circles of oil + 4 swirls of balsamic glaze. 3: Add oregano / thyme leaves, then season with salt + pepper. 4: Lay the slices of tomato & onion on top, cover with the pastry + brush with oil / egg wash. 5: Bake in the oven at 200 Celsius for 20 minutes until golden & crisp. 6: Flip them over, then scatter the toppings - cream cheese, pesto + pine nuts, then enjoy!View original recipe
