Instructions
1: Prepare the ramen noodles according to package instructions. 2: In a pot, sauté fresh ginger, garlic, and chilli. 3: Add vegetable stock cubes and water to create the broth. 4: Add shallots, Korean Red Pepper Flakes, turmeric, soy sauce, and fish sauce to the broth. 5: Roast the mushrooms, carrots, and spring onions with miso paste, sesame oil, sugar, and gochujang paste. 6: In a bowl, coat tofu with cornflour, onion powder, garlic salt and red pepper flakes. 7: Fry the tofu in vegetable oil until golden and crispy. 8: Once the noodles are cooked, add them to the broth and mix well. 9: Add spinach at the end and let it wilt. 10: Serve topped with miso roasted vegetables, crispy tofu, spring onion, sesame seeds, and more red pepper flakes.View original recipe
