What you need

oz pine nut

garlic clove
lemon

tbsp nutritional yeast

tbsp vegan cheese

fl oz olive oil

Instructions
1: Toast the nuts for a couple of minutes until golden. Leave to cool. 2: Blanch the basil in boiling water for 5 seconds, place in ice bath & squeeze out water. 3: In a food processor, blitz the nuts & garlic, then add the basil. 4: Whilst blending, slowly stream in the olive oil. 5: Add the nooch, parm, lemon juice & keep blitzing until super smooth. 6: Season to taste with salt & enjoy!View original recipe
