A delicious plant-based mushroom doner kebab, made with large flat mushrooms and a variety of spices, served in a wrap with tzatziki, fresh vegetables, tahini, and chilli sauce. This quick recipe can be prepared in just 30 minutes!

What you need

tbsp smoked paprika

tbsp garlic powder

tbsp onion powder
tbsp dried oregano

tbsp ground cumin

tbsp lemon juice

tbsp olive oil

salt

pepper

oz natural yoghurt

garlic clove

oz fresh mint

tbsp lemon juice

Instructions
1: To make the shawarma paste, combine the seasonings, lemon juice, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper, then mix well. 2: Carefully coat each of the mushrooms in the paste, making more paste as needed. 3: To cook the mushrooms, stack them up on skewers, then roast in the oven at 220°C for 30 minutes, or until charred and cooked through. 4: Slice the mushroom doner with a sharp knife, then prepare your salads and sauces - combine all the tzatziki ingredients and mix well. 5: Warm the wraps, then assemble with garlic sauce, salad, mushroom shawarma, tahini, and chilli sauce, then top with fresh parsley.View original recipe
