Spinach Artichoke Dip

A delicious baked cheesy dip made with spinach, artichoke hearts, jalapeños, cream cheese, and various herbs, perfect for Thanksgiving and the holidays.

What you need

oz cream cheese

onion

tsp smoked paprika

tsp salt
lemon

oz spinach

tsp fresh chives

oz sour cream

tbsp nutritional yeast

tsp truffle oil

pepper

tbsp olive oil

oz artichoke hearts

clove garlic clove

tbsp jalapeno

oz cheese
Instructions
1: Finely dice and sauté the onion in 1 tbsp of olive oil until softened. 2: Mince the garlic, add it, and cook until fragrant. 3: Finely chop the artichokes and jalapeños, then add to the onions with the spinach. 4: Season with oregano, smoked paprika, 1 tbsp nutritional yeast, salt, and pepper, then leave to cool for a couple of minutes. 5: Grate your cheese, reserving some for baking, then add it with the cream cheese and 1 tbsp chopped chives, then mix well. 6: Transfer into a skillet or baking dish, top with more grated cheese, then bake or grill for 10 minutes until gooey and golden. 7: Top with more chives, serve with dipper of choice, then enjoy. 8: Be careful with jalapeños as they can be spicy.View original recipe
