tbsp olive oil

tsp salt

pumpkin seeds

butter beans

tbsp smoked paprika

tbsp nutritional yeast

Instructions
1: Strain the beans, reserving the liquid, and boil in water until softened (or just skip this step!). 2: Place in a food processor with tahini, ve-duja paste, nutritional yeast, juice of 1/2 a lemon, 2 minced garlic cloves, and 1 tablespoon of bean liquid. 3: Blitz until smooth, streaming in 2 tablespoons of olive oil and adding ice cubes for a creamy finish. 4: For the topping, toast the pumpkin seeds and fry 2 sliced garlic cloves with paprika in 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
