What you need

cup sugar

tbsp rice vinegar

tbsp soy sauce

tbsp peanut butter
lime

fl oz vegetable stock

bunch spring onion

noodles
tbsp vegetable oil

tbsp garlic

tsp miso

oz sesame seed

tbsp ginger
tsp mushroom blend

fl oz chili oil

bunch broccoli
Instructions
1: Mince the garlic and ginger, then fry in vegetable oil on a low heat until fragrant. 2: Add the peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar, chilli oil, and mushroom seasoning. Stir well, then cook out for a minute or two. 3: Whisk the stock cube and miso with boiling water. Add to the pot. 4: Bring to the boil, then lower the heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes. 5: Cook the noodles and broccoli, then cook your gyoza (fry then steam). 6: Check the broth for seasoning and finish with a squeeze of lime juice, a pinch of sugar, and salt if needed. 7: Bowl up - noodles, broth, toppings, garnishes, and enjoy!View original recipe
