What you need

fl oz ketchup

ginger
bunch kale

bunch broccoli florets

red chilli

fl oz soy sauce

fl oz rice wine vinegar

oz peanut butter

fl oz lime juice

clove garlic
banana shallot

oz sesame seed
cup cooked rice

oz red chili flakes
Instructions
1: Grate a large piece of ginger. 2: Dice half a red chilli. 3: Mince half a banana shallot and several cloves of garlic. 4: Heat a wok and add the minced ingredients to sauté. 5: Stir in a large handful of kale and a large handful of spinach, along with small broccoli florets. 6: Add leftover rice and stir-fry until heated through. 7: Combine peanut butter, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, ketchup, and Korean red pepper flakes to create a sauce. 8: Pour the sauce over the fried rice and mix well. 9: Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and squeeze lime juice before serving.View original recipe
