What you need
cup vegetable oil

tbsp teriyaki sauce

tsp salt
tbsp cornflour

firm tofu
tbsp sushi rice

clove garlic clove

tbsp mayo

avocado

pepper

radish

tsp chili sauce
red cabbage
nori
Instructions
1: Cook your sushi rice according to packet instructions. 2: Chop the tofu into 1cm thick slices. Coat in cornflour, then fry in hot vegetable oil until crispy on each side (3-5 mins). 3: Slice your vegetable toppings, then mix the mayo ingredients. 4: Lay down a sheet of cling film (optional), then for each sandwich, use two nori sheets for stability. 5: In the middle of the nori, place 1 tbsp of rice and flatten. Add tofu and vegetables on top, then carefully fold each corner into the middle. 6: Cling film helps to fold and keep everything in place before slicing in half. Dip and enjoy!View original recipe
