Dumpling Noodle Soup

A warming one-pot dumpling noodle soup that makes you feel better when under the weather. It’s super easy to put together in just 20 minutes, using garlic, ginger, spring onions, turmeric, soy sauce, and miso, among other ingredients. Perfect for a quick meal to lift your spirits.

What you need

ginger

bunch spring onion

tsp turmeric

tbsp soy sauce

tbsp agave

tbsp Miso Soybean Paste

fl oz water
tsp chili flakes
lime

tbsp orange oil

salt

Instructions
1: Grate the ginger and garlic, then finely chop the spring onions, saving greens for garnish. 2: Warm your oil in a saucepan at medium heat. Once hot, add your ginger and garlic. Fry until fragrant. 3: Add the spring onions with a pinch of salt and fry until softened. 4: Add the turmeric with a crack of black pepper, then the soy sauce and agave. Fry for a further minute. 5: Dissolve the miso paste in the boiling water in a jug or bowl. 6: Add the miso mixture to the saucepan and season to taste with chilli flakes and lime juice. Leave to simmer for 10-15 minutes. 7: Adjust the salt and sugar levels as needed, especially if making more broth. 8: Break the broccoli into florets and boil them in the broth. Add your dumplings, cooking until almost done. 9: Cook your noodles, then place them into bowls. Cover in broth, top with dumplings, broccoli, toasted sesame seeds, and chilli oil, then serve with a wedge of lime.View original recipe
