Make a selection of three delicious and speedy dips for a perfect date night. These include Street Corn Salsa, Chipotle Kidney Bean Dip, and Jalapeño Cream Cheese Dip, each serves 4-6 and pairs beautifully with refreshing Altos Margaritas.

1: For Street Corn Salsa, brush corn with oil, season with salt and pepper, then cook on the grill for 2 minutes each side or in the oven at 220°C for 10 minutes until softened and charred. 2: Slice the corn from the cobs and add mayo, lime zest, lime juice, and minced garlic to a large bowl. 3: Add corn, red onion, diced tomatoes, jalapeños, and parsley to the bowl. 4: Crumble feta on top, add smoked paprika, and mix well. Season to taste. 5: For Chipotle Kidney Bean Dip, separate beans from their liquor and add to a food processor. 6: Add ground cumin, minced garlic, chipotle paste, miso paste, lime juice, and lime zest. 7: Stream in olive oil and blend until creamy, adding 1-2 tablespoons of bean liquor if needed to loosen. 8: Season to taste. 9: For Jalapeño Cream Cheese Dip, mix cream cheese, mayo, chopped spring onions, pickled jalapeños, lime, nutritional yeast, smoked paprika, chopped parsley, and chives in a large bowl. 10: Season to taste.
