Struggling with cooking basmati rice, I managed to create a delicious chicken dish with diced breasts, crushed garlic, and a blend of seasonings, including paprika, oregano, and lime juice. The chicken turned out well, offsetting the watery rice. I'm eager to improve my rice cooking skills.
