1: Cook the VFC fillets on a lined baking tray according to instructions (air fryer or oven). 2: Fry the vegan bacon in olive oil until crispy. 3: Grate the vegan cheddar, slice the spring onion & pick down the parsley. 4: 5 minutes before the fillets are done, remove & spread the bbq sauce under the fillets. 5: Add the grated cheese on top of the fillets, then finish cooking to melt the cheese. 6: To serve, crumble the bacon on top of the cheesy VFC fillets, then garnish with spring onion, parsley & more bbq sauce.
