Spinach Artichoke Dip

A delicious baked cheesy dip made with spinach, artichoke hearts, jalapeños, cream cheese, and various herbs, perfect for Thanksgiving and the holidays.

1: Finely dice and sauté the onion in 1 tbsp of olive oil until softened. 2: Mince the garlic, add it, and cook until fragrant. 3: Finely chop the artichokes and jalapeños, then add to the onions with the spinach. 4: Season with oregano, smoked paprika, 1 tbsp nutritional yeast, salt, and pepper, then leave to cool for a couple of minutes. 5: Grate your cheese, reserving some for baking, then add it with the cream cheese and 1 tbsp chopped chives, then mix well. 6: Transfer into a skillet or baking dish, top with more grated cheese, then bake or grill for 10 minutes until gooey and golden. 7: Top with more chives, serve with dipper of choice, then enjoy. 8: Be careful with jalapeños as they can be spicy.
