1: Mince the garlic and ginger, then fry in vegetable oil on a low heat until fragrant. 2: Add the peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar, chilli oil, and mushroom seasoning. Stir well, then cook out for a minute or two. 3: Whisk the stock cube and miso with boiling water. Add to the pot. 4: Bring to the boil, then lower the heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes. 5: Cook the noodles and broccoli, then cook your gyoza (fry then steam). 6: Check the broth for seasoning and finish with a squeeze of lime juice, a pinch of sugar, and salt if needed. 7: Bowl up - noodles, broth, toppings, garnishes, and enjoy!
